A brand new office space opens in downtown Mississauga. Given the local nature of the business, it was imperative to get discovered from other businesses in the shortest time possible. The Drive To 1st Position
In order to execute on the digital advertising campaigns and meet their occupancy targets in the first 2 months, six different campaigns were set up. Each campaign had 4+ ad copies, 15+ keywords and landing pages designed at focusing on different solutions that Whitehall Offices was offering. This covered everything from office space, co-working spaces, shared desks, executive offices virtual offices, meeting room and conference rentals.
In order to get to and maintain the top 3 positions in search results, regular active management of the ads was done. Keyword bids were automated, ad copies were optimized allowing us to maintain the 2.0 spot. This high position in search allowed for a high number of impressions, clicks and thereby conversions to take place.
